The photonixFAB project was prominently featured at Semicon Europa in Munich, Germany. On November 14, 2023, a session entitled “Integrated Photonics - Exploring the Power of Photonic Integrated Circuits for Next-Generation Applications” took place.
As a part of the session, Joni Mellin, Product Marketing Manager Photonics, introduced the “PhotonixFAB – The EU-funded Pilot Line to Empower Photonics Innovations” to the wider semiconductor community.
The project generated significant interest among the audience. In addition, photonixFAB consortium partners SMART Photonics (Ruud Vullers) and Luceda Photonics (Pieter Dumon) shared interesting updates on their technologies.
