The 27th edition of the world’s leading trade fair with congress for photonics components, systems and applications took place in Munich from June 24–27, 2025. Visitors learned about the latest trends and innovations in photonics technology, had the opportunity to attend workshops and technical presentations, and interact with industry professionals.
Exhibitors were leading suppliers of laser systems for manufacturing, data transmission, biophotonics as well as from the fields of optoelectronics, lighting and energy technology. Other focal points were sensor technology, measuring and testing technology as well as imaging solutions and integrated photonics. The eleven exhibition areas cover the entire spectrum of photonic technologies.
